Asana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Integrations Platform team, responsible for building the connective tissue between Asana and the broader ecosystem of tools, data systems, and developer platforms that customers rely on. You will define the shared capabilities, architecture, and operating foundations that make integrations secure, reliable, and scalable—including integrations for AI teammates.
In this role, you will own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana's integrations platform, translating customer needs and business outcomes into scalable capabilities and differentiated experiences across ecosystem partners. You'll work closely with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, reasoning through APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, backend dependencies, and the trade-offs involved in building, partnering, and operating integrations at scale.
Key responsibilities include improving how customers discover, connect, configure, and get value from integrations through relevant data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing experiences. You'll partner with design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover customer problems, ship iteratively, and measure outcomes such as integration adoption, reliability, time to onboard or reach value, retention, and growth. You'll also manage vendor and partnership relationships end-to-end, from technical scoping to commercial and GTM alignment, understanding what makes a platform partnership actually work.
Asana's Product Management team drives product strategy and execution across the company, working directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, Data Science, Sales, Support, and Marketing. You'll participate in every type of product work—from strategy to process improvements—conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams worldwide.
The role is based in the Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most team members have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday flexibility depending on the type of work and team partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations
- Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; comfortable reasoning with engineers about architecture trade-offs, not just writing requirements
- Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer needs with platform/vendor considerations
- Proven ability to manage the technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of vendor and platform partnerships; experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms is valuable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a data-informed approach to prioritization; able to define goals and use product signals to assess adoption, quality, customer value, and business impact
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile/Lean product management principles
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
