Asana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Integrations Platform team, responsible for building the connective tissue between Asana and the broader ecosystem of tools, data systems, and developer platforms that customers rely on. This role owns the product vision and prioritized roadmap for Asana's integrations platform, translating customer needs and business outcomes into scalable capabilities and differentiated experiences across ecosystem partners. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the product vision and roadmap for the integrations platform, connecting customer needs to scalable capabilities across ecosystem partners - Working closely with engineering to deliver reliable integration experiences, reasoning through APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, and backend dependencies - Improving how customers discover, connect, configure, and derive value from integrations, including data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing experiences - Partnering with design, research, data, and go-to-market teams to discover customer problems, ship iteratively, and measure outcomes such as adoption, reliability, time to value, retention, and growth - Managing vendor and partnership relationships end-to-end, from technical scoping through commercial and GTM alignment You'll be a technical product leader genuinely comfortable in the weeds of API design, connectivity architecture, and backend systems, with the ability to navigate platform partnerships from technical scoping through go-to-market. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing, and product leadership. The role is based in Asana's San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday flexibility depending on work type and team partnerships. Requirements: - 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and growing products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations - Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems; comfortable reasoning with engineers about architecture trade-offs, not just writing requirements - Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, including aligning roadmaps, navigating constraints and dependencies, and balancing customer needs with platform/vendor considerations - Proven ability to manage the technical, commercial, and go-to-market dimensions of vendor and platform partnerships; experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms is valuable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to prioritization; able to define goals and use product signals to assess adoption, quality, customer value, and business impact - Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management and Agile/Lean product management principles - Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
