Ambrook is a Series A fintech startup rebuilding financial infrastructure for American family-run businesses, particularly in agriculture and natural resource management. The company combines accounting, banking, and spending tools with AI to help independent operators access capital and make sustainable investments.
As a Product Manager reporting to the co-founder and Head of Product, you will own product direction and execution for core components of Ambrook's AI-native financial platform (ERP, neobank, and AI context/action engine). Your responsibilities span customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across a growing user base.
In your first month, you'll immerse yourself in Ambrook's product, customer research, and the farm finance landscape. You'll build relationships across engineering, design, customer success, and sales, then lead a pod of engineers and designers through a moderate-sized feature from definition through measurement.
By month three, you'll own the roadmap and strategy for a significant product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You'll drive decisions using customer insights, quantitative data, and product intuition, partner with engineering on complex problems, and report OKRs demonstrating measurable business impact.
Within six months, you'll define and execute compelling product direction aligned with company strategy, deliver best-in-class experiences to thousands of customers, champion customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making, participate in hiring, and contribute thought leadership to the company blog.
You bring multiple years of PM experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, strong product sense, and the ability to synthesize cross-functional input into sound decisions. You're fluent with SQL and Excel, comfortable pulling your own data and building dashboards. You're proficient with AI tools for writing and analysis, an excellent communicator who can articulate vision and align stakeholders, and you thrive in ambiguity. Experience in accounting, fintech, vertical SaaS, or American industry (ag, trucking, construction) is a bonus.
