Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company is seeking a Product Manager to scale acquiring and payments capabilities across Latin America, based in São Paulo.
In this role, you will own a defined product area focused on core acquiring services, enabling merchants to process payments reliably and at scale across the LATAM region. You will work hands-on with engineering, commercial, operational, compliance, and partnership teams to solve real merchant problems and improve payments infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to product vision and roadmap for your area, aligned with global and local priorities
- Identifying high-impact problems, defining solutions, and driving them from idea through launch
- Conducting discovery through close collaboration with merchants, engineers, and partners to validate solutions
- Partnering with commercial, development, legal, and operational teams to deliver products efficiently
- Using data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and guide prioritization
- Driving product adoption and ensuring real value delivery to merchants
- Serving as the go-to expert for your product area, bringing clarity and alignment across teams
You bring at least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within payments. You are customer-centric, focused on outcomes and long-term impact rather than just feature delivery. You excel at translating strategy into clear problems and priorities, breaking down complexity into actionable steps, and communicating clearly across functions. You are data-driven, technically curious, adaptable in ambiguous environments, and fluent in English (written and verbal). Experience with payments ecosystems is highly valued.
