Bond Sports is a fast-growing SaaS company serving the youth and recreational sports market. The company helps facility owners and operators manage their business operations across turf, courts, fields, diamonds, pools, gyms, and other athletic spaces. Customers range from independent facilities to large multi-location organizations, including NBA, MLS, NHL, and USL facilities. The product spans registration, rental/events, payments, scheduling, accounting, reporting, and more.
You will join as a Product Manager who is fundamentally a product builder. This role requires someone who talks directly to customers, works with internal stakeholders, and builds things by prototyping, coding with AI tools, and shipping features to production. You will own features end-to-end: identifying problems through customer conversations, deciding what to build, designing workflows, and then building, testing, shipping, and measuring impact yourself. You'll move fluidly across product, design, and engineering rather than waiting on additional team members.
You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer with real autonomy over what you build and how fast you move. The company is investing heavily in AI to improve how it builds software and agentic products for customers.
Key responsibilities include: owning features from discovery through production; talking directly with customers to turn problems into clear requirements and solutions; designing workflows and making product decisions; building prototypes, internal tools, AI agents, and production features; working across APIs, data, payments, scheduling, permissions, reporting, and consumer experiences; testing, shipping, and measuring your work; using AI across research, product, design, development, testing, and analysis; staying current on new models, tools, and agent frameworks; improving how the company uses AI; identifying processes to automate or simplify; and helping identify and build AI-powered experiences for customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience building software products
- Product-minded: ability to take messy problems, understand what matters, and turn them into clear products and requirements
- Technical: comfortable with APIs, databases, and modern web applications
- Good UX instincts: can design straightforward workflows without relying on designers for every decision
- AI-native: Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools are already a normal part of your workflow
- Curious: follow what's changing in AI and technology; test new things yourself
- Proactive: find problems and opportunities and act on them
- Practical: know the difference between something interesting and something useful
- Strong communicator who can work directly with customers, engineers, designers, and business teams
- Comfortable challenging how the company works and leading adoption of better tools and processes
BONUS POINTS:
- B2B or B2B2C SaaS experience
- Experience with scheduling, payments, commerce, memberships, marketplaces, or multi-location businesses
- Experience building AI agents or AI-powered products
- Startup experience
- Sports, fitness, recreation, or sports facility-management experience
- Play, coach, or love sports
