As a Product Leader on the Data Cloud team, you will head a cross-functional squad responsible for building next-generation data products and software for the global life sciences industry across clinical and commercial domains. Your squad will include data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and operations managers—ranging from 10 to 100 FTEs depending on scope.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for impactful data products serving internal teams and external customers
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams toward a shared product vision
- Establish key success metrics, design quality assurance frameworks, and ensure high-standard features are seamlessly deployed to production
- Apply cutting-edge tools such as GenAI and human-in-the-loop data curation to innovate constantly
- Conduct user interviews, gather insights, and collaborate closely with core software product and engineering teams to align roadmaps
You will work on high-throughput data pipelines, curation tools, web applications, and direct data APIs—leveraging both modern GenAI and traditional technologies to ensure unmatched data quality and operational efficiency.
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including foundational knowledge of data architecture (ERD design) and high-level product patterns
- Demonstrated track record driving data-centric product management (data pipelines, analytics, APIs, data platform tools)
- Proven ability to leverage AI and automation technologies to boost speed, efficiency, and data quality
- Technical and analytical depth to dive into operational details (human data curation workflows, complex data quality metrics) without losing strategic perspective
- Proven ability to rally cross-functional technical teams (engineering, data science) around unified outcomes
- Fast learner with team-first attitude, exceptional work ethic, and strong communication skills
