You will lead the product strategy and execution for Rippling's UK and Ireland markets, one of the company's top 3 geographies. This is a high-impact role with maximum responsibility and accountability. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution, setting direction for the region and defining what to build to hit aggressive ARR growth targets while solving customer problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution for UK & Ireland markets
- Building deep market knowledge by diving into support tickets, sales calls, and implementation issues, then abstracting insights into product strategy
- Jointly owning market strategy with your sales counterpart
- Driving overall customer satisfaction and outperforming ARR targets
- Working closely with engineering, legal, and compliance partners to build solutions
- Collaborating with sales, implementation, and support teams to launch and continuously improve products
- Thinking platform-first: ensuring solutions built for your market are configurable for all other markets
You will need strong product strategy skills, deep understanding of payroll and HR compliance in UK/Ireland markets, ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions, and experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, and sales. This role requires someone who can balance regional market needs with global platform thinking.
