Rippling is hiring a Product Lead to own ambitious product problems within its IT business. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building Rippling IT, a unified platform that brings together identity, devices, inventory, support, AI governance, and compliance on a single data graph.
The IT landscape has fundamentally shifted. Employees now work across multiple devices, applications, permissions, data sources, and AI tools. Traditional IT stacks—MDM, identity, ticketing, inventory, compliance, and access governance—operate as fragmented systems, creating exactly the kind of fragmentation that enterprises need to eliminate.
Rippling IT addresses this by providing a single platform where policy is set once and enforced everywhere. This is one of Rippling's most strategic and fastest-growing business units. The role requires someone who can make complex systems feel simple, identify the highest-leverage customer problems, and translate them into products customers love.
You will work deeply with engineering and design teams to ship products that change how companies manage IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience owning product strategy in complex, systems-oriented domains, can navigate technical depth while maintaining user-centric design, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
