Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Workforce Management to own the product strategy and roadmap for labor and people systems within CorpOS, the company's internal system-of-systems supporting supply chain, accounting, manufacturing, and operations. You will drive end-to-end product strategy for workforce management solutions including timekeeping, labor tracking, and compliance systems. This role requires defining and executing a 12-18 month product roadmap through continuous stakeholder engagement across People Operations, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, and IT. You'll make critical build-vs-buy decisions by synthesizing business needs, technical constraints, and user experience goals. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary product owner conducting discovery sessions with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners; navigating competing priorities to translate diverse stakeholder needs into a unified product vision; and communicating roadmaps and trade-offs to leadership with clarity. You'll use AI-powered analytics and design tools to identify patterns and rapidly prototype solutions, translating complex compliance requirements (labor laws, union agreements, government contracting regulations) into user-friendly interfaces. You'll partner closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and user stories, collaborate with People Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure solutions meet both user and compliance needs, and monitor system performance, user adoption, and data quality metrics to inform roadmap decisions. The role also includes creating documentation, training materials, and change management plans that drive adoption, and ensuring audit readiness for government compliance requirements. Required: 7+ years of product management or program management experience; proven ability to intake diverse stakeholder requirements and prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; strong design thinking and creative problem-solving; experience implementing business systems at high-growth companies (5,000-20,000+ employees); exceptional stakeholder management across Finance, People, Legal, and Operations; ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications; strong data analysis skills; and experience with AI-powered analytics and design tools. Preferred: experience with workforce planning and scheduling tools for manufacturing or operations; technical skills in SQL, API integrations, data modeling; background in high-security or defense industry environments; and exposure to ERP and HCM platforms (Rippling, Oracle, Workday, ADP).
