Mysten Labs is building foundational infrastructure for decentralized protocols and AI agents. The company develops blockchain-based technologies alongside AI agent infrastructure that enables agents to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As Product Lead, AI, you will translate emerging agentic technologies into commercially viable products that customers can understand and adopt. You'll work closely with the CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering team to identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and bring the strongest opportunities to market. This is a hands-on role that spans customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization—from initial concept through launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prioritizing customer problems that agentic products can solve
- Leading customer discovery to understand buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers
- Rapidly creating prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted tools
- Testing concepts with customers and refining experience, scope, and value proposition based on feedback
- Defining product requirements and collaborating with engineering to build production-ready offerings
- Shaping packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy with sales
- Designing experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable
- Balancing customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable, repeatable products
- Defining and tracking success metrics across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue
You'll have the opportunity to help define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business model around it, shaping how businesses participate in the agent economy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- Track record of taking new products from ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools
- Direct experience working with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations
- Commercial judgment, including experience with packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions
- Strong UX instincts and ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and prototype-to-production paths
- Hands-on working style and ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions
