Dexory is developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots transforming global logistics. As Product Insights Lead, you will own the complete journey from market signal to validated product bet to scaled delivery, leading a small team of researchers and analysts. You will shape what Dexory builds by owning a rolling research roadmap tied to the product roadmap, personally leading high-stakes work including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and concept validation. You'll build opportunity-solution trees with Commercial and Sales teams, and translate segmentation and behavioural research into clear narratives written for the decisions they inform. You will influence decision-makers by partnering with Product Managers, Sales, and Commercial as a trusted strategic voice. You'll present quarterly insight reviews to senior leadership covering what was learned, what changed, and remaining unknowns. You'll also surface insights relevant to the investor story. You will build scalable systems by owning the shared operating dashboard, KPIs, and OKRs linking research, product bets, and delivery. You'll champion the Notion insights repository and establish a Slack cadence that proactively surfaces insights to PMs, designers, and Commercial teams. You'll design workflows and tooling including GDPR-compliant consent, recording, and data retention processes, then hand day-to-day ownership to a new hire. You will grow the team and organization by coaching and mentoring Insight and Research Enablement Associate roles, managing budget, timelines, and resourcing, and running workshops that raise effectiveness across teams and leadership. The role offers real influence (your work changes decisions with measurable impact), genuine ownership (you define strategy, operating model, and standards), breadth (from hands-on research to leadership presentations), and visibility (direct line to senior leadership and VP Product & Design). Requirements: - 4–6 years' experience across product analytics, research, or data-driven product roles, ideally in B2B software or complex operational domains - Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys; funnels, cohorts, retention) - Strong analytical skills including SQL and a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Mode) - Familiarity with experimentation (A/B tests, guardrail metrics) - Ability to design studies, synthesise findings, and communicate clear, decision-ready recommendations - Comfortable partnering with engineers and PMs on instrumentation and telemetry; able to translate business questions into data requirements - Bonus: experience in logistics or industrial environments
