As Product Implementation Manager, you will guide surgical practices through healthcare optimization solutions, managing complex implementations while prioritizing patient care and building strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and independently manage customer implementations from kickoff through discovery, data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout, serving as primary point of contact - Leverage deep understanding of surgical case management and perioperative workflows to guide scheduling, staffing, and operating room assignment processes - Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and process teams, ensuring clear understanding of data and setup needs - Oversee technical implementation aspects including data pipelines, system interfaces, and workflow customization while documenting requirements and changes - Monitor progress to ensure customer readiness at go-live; proactively resolve risks and blockers - Identify improvement opportunities, establish success metrics, track KPIs, and recommend workflow enhancements - Drive adoption by building relationships with practice leadership and developing super users within customer organizations - Travel up to 35-50% nationwide to support implementations The role balances technical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills, requiring someone who can navigate complex healthcare environments while maintaining focus on customer success and positive experiences. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience in healthcare implementation - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Experience with general software implementation processes - Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS - Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data - Project management and change management experience - Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) - Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges - Willingness and ability to travel up to 35-50% nationwide - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available) Bonus Qualifications: - Master's degree in business or healthcare field - Background in perioperative services with knowledge of surgical workflows - Process improvement experience (Lean or Six Sigma training) - Intermediate JavaScript skills - EMR integration experience (HL7, FHIR, Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth) - Healthcare software customization experience - Experience with Pendo Guide or ZenDesk - Project management certification - Healthcare IT implementation experience
