Scribe is hiring its first dedicated commercial owner for Scribe Optimize, an enterprise product within their Specialized Intelligence platform. You will take full commercial ownership of Optimize's lifecycle—from launch messaging and sales proof-of-concept development to identifying adoption gaps and driving expansion revenue. You'll be a builder and strategic owner who closes the gap between product capability and customer/prospect needs through sharp positioning, creative campaigns, and relentless focus on adoption and revenue. This is not a launch-calendar-dependent role; you'll proactively identify levers to drive usage and expansion when no new functionality is shipping. Key responsibilities include: owning the commercial lifecycle of Optimize (launches, adoption, revenue); developing messaging and positioning for features and thematic campaigns; surfacing customer insights that shape product strategy; owning audience targeting strategy in partnership with Acquisition and Demand Generation teams; and setting/tracking metrics that define commercial success. You'll need 5+ years in Product Marketing, or a combination of Product Marketing, Product Management, or Product Strategy. You must have deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales-assisted motions and comfort in fast-growing startup environments. You should have worked in or alongside product, growth, or revenue operations and understand what moves deals. Critical traits: extreme sense of ownership (think like a GM, always anchor to a number); exceptional storyteller with deep love of written word and strong written/verbal/visual communication; ability to influence across functions with high EQ; strategic and analytical mindset that connects quantitative and qualitative insights; comfort with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Customer.io, and Mixpanel; and ability to leverage AI to accelerate analysis. Nice-to-haves include background in writing, literature, or history. This is explicitly a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management position. Not suitable if you measure success by campaign shipping rather than campaign impact, view positioning as a static artifact, or are primarily focused on building a team.
