Campana Systems (part of Constellation Software's Gemini Group) seeks a Product Experience Manager to lead financial services capabilities within the AXIS platform, serving AAA/CAA auto club clients. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will own product strategy across three major domains: Membership, Road Service, and Travel. Your focus will be ensuring consistent payment processing, financial workflows, and reporting across the full product suite. Key responsibilities include acting as the financial product lead, defining product direction for membership dues, road service billing, and travel transactions. You will partner directly with AAA/CAA clients to understand their financial processes—billing, payments, reconciliation, reporting—and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, member experience, and financial accuracy. You'll translate client and business needs into clear product enhancements and functional requirements, collaborating with development and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. You will provide subject matter expertise on credit card and digital payment processing, third-party payment gateways, and POS systems used in membership offices and travel retail environments. A critical part of the role is ensuring consistency in financial workflows, reporting structures, and payment handling across Membership, Road Service, and Travel modules. You'll also support client implementations by aligning product capabilities with business operations, including design validation, UAT support, and go-live readiness. Required qualifications include a university degree, relevant college diploma, or equivalent business-focused experience. You need experience in software product management, business analysis, or solution consulting within enterprise applications. Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems (credit card processing, gateways, transaction lifecycles) and experience working with third-party payment providers is essential. Solid knowledge of accounting principles—General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, reconciliation, financial controls—is required. Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills are critical, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and TeamSupport. Experience working in or with AAA/CAA organizations, auto clubs, or similar membership-based service organizations is strongly preferred. Willingness to travel across North America as required. The role is based in Kitchener-Waterloo with a hybrid work model; preference given to candidates in the area, though other candidates with strong experience may be considered.
