Revivn is a profitable, rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage technology end-of-life through a repurposing platform. Rather than recycling, Revivn refurbishes hardware for people lacking computer access and makes technology more affordable. The company works with major clients including Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify. You will be the embedded technical presence for warehouse operations at Revivn's new Fresno facility. This is a full-stack engineering role combining product ownership with hands-on development. You'll spend significant time on the warehouse floor understanding operations workflows and pain points firsthand, then translate those insights into product requirements and ship solutions yourself. Key responsibilities include: **Discovery & Product Ownership:** Observe warehouse operations to identify pain points. Frame problems clearly, write PRDs and documentation, and own the roadmap for how the internal warehouse platform (Phoenix) evolves to support the Fresno site as it scales. **Engineering & Delivery:** Build and ship features on a Ruby on Rails and React stack. Leverage AI-native engineering workflows (agentic coding tools, AI-assisted review) to accelerate delivery. Maintain clear documentation for team handoffs. **Cross-Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with the product team on roadmap overlap and technical sequencing. Present prioritization tradeoffs to the Director of Engineering. Champion modern, AI-enabled engineering practices across the team. You should have production experience with Ruby on Rails and React, demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted engineering workflows (with real examples, not philosophy), and comfort owning problems end-to-end from stakeholder conversation through shipped code. Experience or strong interest in operational and warehouse environments is essential—you'll be energized by being embedded in physical systems and hardware. Strong written communication is required for writing your own PRDs and specs. You'll work independently while staying coordinated with teammates in different locations. During onboarding, expect roughly half your week on the warehouse floor, tapering over time. You take full ownership, use AI tooling to genuinely move faster, and know when to loop in the wider engineering team. The role is on-site at the Fresno office with remote Wednesdays.
