Gradial is an AI-powered marketing operations platform that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster by orchestrating across martech stacks, workflows, and people. The company is Series B-backed and focused on building AI-native content operations software.
As a Product Engineer (UX/UI), you will own the creation of intuitive, delightful experiences across Gradial's AI-powered platform. You'll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and AI research to conceptualize, develop, and refine exceptional interfaces that are visually compelling, accessible, and highly responsive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing high-quality, interactive UI components from concept to delivery
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to iterate on user experiences, ensuring accessibility, performance, and usability best practices
- Defining and evolving a scalable design system that maintains consistency across the product suite
- Building rapid prototypes using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React) to validate concepts and test usability
- Advocating for user-focused solutions, conducting usability tests, and leveraging user feedback to improve product experiences
- Coordinating with backend engineers to define APIs and data structures that enable seamless user interactions
- Staying informed of emerging UI/UX methodologies and technologies to keep the platform at the forefront of innovation
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product engineering, front-end development, or related role
- Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to build interactive, user-friendly web applications
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Obsessive attention to detail in user experiences
