Eve is an AI-native legal technology platform serving plaintiff law firms. The company has achieved product-market fit with 1000+ law firms as customers and is growing 2X revenue quarter-over-quarter. Eve has raised over $160M from top-tier investors including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed, and is building a world-class team of engineers from companies like Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, and Square.
As a Product Engineer, you will be a core decision-maker in a small, fast-moving pod working alongside designers and engineers to own problems end-to-end. You will help shape what gets built, not just how it gets built. This includes joining customer calls with plaintiff firms, gathering feedback directly, and using insights to drive product direction. You will see the impact of your work in real time.
You will build AI-native workflows that handle complex legal operations work on a fast shipping cadence. The team holds a high bar, learns from users constantly, and believes every release should move the needle. Eve is hiring Product Engineers across the stack—front-end, back-end, and full-stack—and values strong builders who are comfortable moving across the stack when problems require it.
Key responsibilities include: developing core software features, driving product direction through collaboration with the team, owning end-to-end solutions (backend systems or user-facing experiences depending on your strength), designing and building AI-native solutions that transform legal work, embracing rapid deployment with continuous iteration based on user feedback, and engaging directly with customers to solve their problems.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building incredible products and thrives as a primary decision-maker. You should have deep expertise in either front-end (building intuitive, polished UX) or back-end (distributed systems, scalability, reliability, performance), with full-stack versatility as an added advantage. Experience or strong interest in building with AI is essential, along with a desire to create production applications using AI. You value shipping quickly, iterating based on real-world usage, and can work both collaboratively and independently with high effectiveness.
