ServiceNow is seeking a Product Designer to join its Product Design team in Hyderabad. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on creating product experiences that users and customers love. The design function has an intentional seat at the table at ServiceNow, with close collaboration between design, engineering, and product management from the outset.
In this role, you will develop innovative design solutions that transform how people work globally. You will drive end-to-end product design solutions and create high-fidelity detailed designs. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will present ideas, solicit feedback, and review others' proposals in a collaborative, supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included)
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions, and validating solutions with end users
- Experience with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds core discipline skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
