Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands, serving companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment. The platform uses AI agents to manage marketing across thousands of locations—handling review responses, listing updates, content publishing, and customer conversion. Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2's 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list.
In this Senior Manager role reporting to the SVP of Product & Customer Marketing, you will own the messaging system that defines Birdeye across all touchpoints—board decks, sales presentations, keynotes, customer pitches, and analyst calls. Your core responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining the messaging architecture as a single source of truth, from top-line narrative through individual agent positioning, ensuring consistency across four distinct audiences: board, sales, analysts, and customers.
• Driving a shift from product-aligned to outcome-aligned product marketing, with PMMs organized around key outcomes: Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, and Drive Consistent CX.
• Leading analyst relations and category work, including briefing narratives, evaluation responses, and category placement strategy. Enterprise buyers review analyst grids before engaging, making this work critical to pipeline.
• Partnering on keynote content and messaging strategy for Birdeye View, the annual customer conference where the narrative is tested in front of thousands.
You will be credible with both founders and sales leaders, comfortable with financial rigor, and able to explain complex AI concepts to C-suite buyers. The role requires someone who can reposition a platform or company and articulate the before, after, and what changed in between.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years in product marketing with demonstrated repositioning experience (company, platform, or portfolio)
• Enterprise B2B SaaS background; multi-location, local marketing, martech, or CX experience is a strong plus
• Strong writing skills: short sentences, active verbs, no corporate jargon. Writing sample will be requested.
• Fluent understanding of agentic AI as a practitioner; ability to explain the difference between reporting software and acting software to CMOs
• Comfort with financial metrics and disciplined approach to claims; preference for flagging uncertainty over inventing precision
• Credibility with both founders and sales leadership
