Echodyne is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to join its fast-growing team in Kirkland, WA. The company develops compact solid-state beam-steering radar technology for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft, drones, and critical infrastructure security applications. The technology combines patented metamaterials with software to deliver high-performance radar sensors at commercial price points. In this role, you will partner with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure the organization meets software compliance and product security requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting compliance initiatives related to vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, secure development evidence, and release-readiness artifacts. You will work closely with security and engineering teams to align the software development lifecycle with compliance obligations and documented control requirements. You will monitor compliance gaps in software delivery practices and drive follow-up actions to support ongoing readiness. Required experience includes supporting software compliance, product security compliance, or engineering-focused governance programs. You should be familiar with vulnerability reporting, remediation tracking, SDLC controls, and audit evidence collection. Strong ability to interpret compliance requirements and translate them into actionable engineering controls or process improvements is essential, along with excellent organizational, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills. Desired qualifications include experience with software-relevant compliance frameworks or customer security requirements, operationalizing compliance controls in development and release processes, application security or secure development practices, and managing multiple compliance efforts and deadlines simultaneously.
