Codasip is redefining computing through cyber-resilient semiconductor architectures, building next-generation processors where security is embedded by design. The company has pivoted toward CHERI-enabled technologies and architecture-first security solutions, with design centers in Bristol, Cambridge (UK) and Munich (Germany).
As Product Compliance & Assurance Manager, you will own technical product and process compliance across Codasip's semiconductor, SoC, IP, hardware and software products. You will translate automotive, aerospace, defence, safety and security regulatory requirements into engineering activities, compliance plans, evidence and readiness gates. Your responsibilities include performing or directing independent product and process assurance activities such as technical compliance reviews, confirmation reviews, and process/readiness assessments. You will ensure credible, traceable compliance evidence and escalate gaps, deviations and residual risks early with clear recommendations.
You will develop reusable safety and security concepts that project architects adapt to product-specific designs, and standardize compliance-related processes while coaching teams (domain experts retain process ownership). You will directly manage, coach and grow a team of Product Compliance Engineers, and represent Codasip on technical product compliance with customers, assessors, auditors and certification authorities.
Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Senior Manager, you will set the bar for how Codasip demonstrates safety, security and compliance on a brand-new platform and build the capability to do it at scale. You will work with an international team across Europe, partnering with architecture, hardware, software, verification and security experts.

- Ability to translate standards and customer requirements into engineering practices, compliance evidence and independent assurance activities
