Cartesia is an AI company pioneering State Space Models (SSMs) and foundation models for voice and audio. The founding team includes Stanford AI Lab PhDs, and the company is backed by Index Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and 90+ angels. You will serve as the operational backbone for Cartesia's Voice function, working directly with the Voice Production Lead and Voice Library Lead. Support the Voice Library Lead in talent acquisition and logistics. **Customer Voice Delivery & Enablement**: Own end-to-end customer-facing voice engagements, ensuring customers succeed with Cartesia's models. Drive voice-related go-to-market enablement and work closely with GTM and Customer Success teams. **Ad-hoc Strategy and Growth**: Support strategy and operations work around TTS, STT, and other product bets. Contribute to Cartesia's international market expansion on a project basis. You'll operate with founder-level hunger in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment. The role requires proactive problem-solving, customer-facing credibility with executives, and the ability to build lightweight systems autonomously using tools like Cursor and Claude Code. Cartesia operates in-person offices in San Francisco, London, and Bangalore, with a culture emphasizing speed, quality, and collaboration. **Requirements:** - 3–6 years as an operator at a high-growth tech startup or in strategy consulting (MBB or similar) - High agency and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments - Customer-facing skills and ability to drive conversations with executives - Semi-technical: comfortable with AI/ML tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and understanding of system design concepts - Genuine interest in voice and audio technology with informed opinions, not just surface-level interest **Preferred qualifications:** - Experience in AI industry, particularly AI Strategy & Operations or Product Operations roles - Track record of proactive problem-solving and going out of your way to get things done - Ability to build lightweight systems autonomously - Detail-oriented under high volume - Credibility with GTM teams and customers without needing senior support in the room
