You will join a growing Data & Analytics function as a foundational member helping to redefine how data influences product strategy. This is not a reporting-focused role—you'll be proactively hunting for insights, challenging assumptions, and owning your domain from day one.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and monitor KPIs that demonstrate impact on frontline healthcare delivery
- Perform deep-dive analyses of user behavior to uncover root causes and ensure the team is solving the right problems for the right users
- Design and run A/B tests, owning the full process from hypothesis through data-backed recommendations
- Build self-service analytics infrastructure: create dashboards and visualizations that give your product pod high-quality data access to move quickly
- Collaborate with Engineers and Designers on live product decisions, not post-hoc reporting
You'll work in a lean, fast-growing environment where you'll build your own processes and take on challenges that stretch your capabilities. The role emphasizes product thinking, user funnel understanding, and metrics mastery (activation, retention, cohort behavior).
Workplace: Hybrid, based in Shoreditch, London. Office-first culture with expectation of 3 days/week in office, core hours 10am–4pm. Flexible working and up to 4 weeks/year remote work from anywhere.
Benefits include 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced parental leave, fertility and parental loss support, free healthy meals and snacks, and a dog-friendly office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience working within product team environments, partnering directly with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers on live product decisions (not standalone data/BI reporting)
- Proactive investigator mindset; ability to identify trends and bottlenecks without waiting for tickets
- "Get stuck in" mentality; comfort in lean environments building processes and taking on stretch challenges
- Strong product thinking: understanding of user funnels and mastery of activation, retention, and cohort behavior metrics
- Technical toolkit: solid SQL command and ambition to develop Python skills
- Delivery-focused collaborator; thrives in agile environments and communicates technical findings clearly to non-data stakeholders
- Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and ability to become a power user for data storytelling
