Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. The company was founded in 2014 and joined forces with DoorDash in 2022.
We are seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to manage day-to-day operations of our Procurement Systems, including the Vendor Onboarding Tool (ProcessUnity). This role serves as the first point of contact for support issues and ensures workflows progress according to established requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Submitting and validating vendor requests
- Tracking multiple requests and ensuring forward progress
- Performing sanction and adverse media screening analysis with escalation when required
- Providing first-level support for vendor onboarding
- Ensuring overall functionality of the vendor onboarding tool
- Providing end-user training and creating training materials
- Offering insights to improve system efficiency
- Working with multiple stakeholders across different countries and areas
In the short term, you will become proficient in operational tasks related to vendor onboarding and other procurement systems. Long-term, you will assist in new system connections, selection, and implementation across the Wolt ecosystem.
You will work remotely with teams across the world, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. No prior knowledge of ProcessUnity is required; training will be provided during onboarding.
Requirements:
- Project management experience
- Basics of programming (ability to perform conditional statements, read VBA code or advanced Excel formulas, generate own code)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries and areas
- Self-starter mentality
- Fluency in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Flexibility and readiness to adapt to change and new systems/methods
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
- Screening and compliance experience (bonus)
- Knowledge of purchasing/procurement tasks, supplier lifecycle, workflows, and ways of working (considered a plus)
- Analytical and compliance skills (beneficial for screening tasks)
