Chobani, a purpose-driven food company and America's No. 1 yogurt brand, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for the Fruit Preparation Category. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, product innovation, and operational excellence. You will develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term supply chain requirements. Key responsibilities include designing and managing complex RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract renewals from strategy through implementation. You'll partner closely with Innovation, R&D, and New Product Development teams to ensure supplier readiness and successful market execution of new products. In this fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while maintaining strong supplier relationships and driving accountability across quality, service, cost, innovation, and sustainability. You'll identify market trends, crop conditions, and commodity risks to proactively develop mitigation strategies and business continuity plans. Issue resolution—whether supplier performance, raw material shortages, capacity constraints, or quality concerns—will be a core part of your day-to-day work. You'll own supplier scorecards and quarterly business reviews, develop performance metrics and reporting tools, and manage SAP pricing maintenance and invoice resolution. Monthly PPV analysis, budget planning, and financial reporting will inform your identification of savings opportunities. You'll also drive process improvements that enhance procurement efficiency and support business growth. Travel to Chobani locations (New York, Pennsylvania, Idaho) and supplier facilities is required up to 25% annually. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Food Science, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and project management, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or Food & Beverage • Minimum 2 years of ingredient sourcing experience; food ingredient procurement strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional business initiatives • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including should-cost modeling, market analysis, and supplier performance evaluation • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Excel, Power BI, and procurement analytics tools • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
