Salary: EUR 75,000 - 80,000 / annual
Fuze Health is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic vendor management and supply chain operations across the Fuze Services platform. This role sits at the intersection of Planning, Production, Warehouse, NPI, Engineering, and Finance, requiring deep expertise in procurement strategy, ERP systems, and Lean methodologies.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Vendor Management & Negotiation**
Initiate and maintain direct supplier relationships for commodities, materials, and services. Facilitate regular Vendor Business Reviews (VBRs), track KPIs and vendor performance, and manage escalations on pricing, delivery, and quality issues. Drive cost-reduction programs and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
**MRP, Inventory & Operational Execution**
Oversee vendor commodity processing and material buying to support MRP planning. Monitor inventory lead times, daily order activity, and stock levels against forecasts. Maintain and communicate supplier forecasts within SAP. Conduct daily receipt reconciliation and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis and closed-loop corrective actions.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Logistics**
Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to align procurement with operational goals. Support Logistics, Warehousing, and Trade Compliance processes for new and existing business lines. Ensure workflows adhere to corporate lead-time and quality standards.
**Continuous Improvement & Quality Management**
Lead Lean initiatives using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen techniques to eliminate waste. Ensure vendor management, purchasing, and receiving processes comply with the corporate Quality Management System (QMS). Develop and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and OKRs.
**Leadership & Team Mentorship**
Mentor and develop team members within materials and procurement. Execute strategic projects and operational duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Materials Management (healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or high-tech manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
- Extensive SAP/ERP experience required
- Proven track record managing vendor KPIs, negotiating supplier contracts, and driving cost-saving programs
- Solid working knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Outstanding written and verbal communication with ability to influence cross-functional teams and external suppliers
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
