You'll be the first dedicated Procurement Manager in Stockholm, reporting to the Procurement Director. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant autonomy to shape how Legora runs procurement across indirect spend: software and SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, data, professional services, marketing, and facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing across indirect spend categories, deciding where to compete, consolidate, rightsize, or walk away
- Run competitive sourcing events end-to-end: RFIs, RFPs, RFQs with structured evaluation and cost modeling
- Own negotiation strategy on new purchases and renewals, including pricing, terms, and commercial redlines alongside Legal
- Manage the renewal pipeline with usage data and market benchmarks, avoiding auto-renewals
- Partner with Finance, IT, Security, and Legal on spend forecasting, vendor diligence, and compliance
- Analyze spend and benchmark data to surface savings through consolidation and restructuring
- Leverage AI as a core tool for research, contract review, spend analysis, and business case development
You bring 2+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, consulting, banking, or finance and business operations. You have a track record of real negotiations with documented outcomes. You read agreements critically, spot cost-driving terms, and understand auto-renewals, uplift caps, and termination rights. AI is your default first step, not a novelty. You're strong in Excel/Sheets, comfortable with TCO modeling, and can influence across Legal, Security, IT, and Finance without authority. You prefer designing scalable systems to patching manual steps. You make calls when policy doesn't cover it, then document the policy.
Nice-to-haves: hands-on Zip experience, large complex agreements (cloud commitments, enterprise SaaS, multi-year data deals), vendor security and privacy review fluency (SOC 2, ISO 27001, DPAs).
