Oscar Health is seeking a Process Management Associate to join the Network Operations Team, reporting to the Director of Process Improvement. This role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and improving business processes across the organization.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis of existing business processes through process mapping and data collection; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define improvement objectives; developing and implementing process improvement strategies including documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams; applying Lean Six Sigma and other process management methodologies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; facilitating process improvement workshops and leading improvement projects; monitoring process performance using metrics and tools; preparing reports and recommendations for management; and identifying automation opportunities in collaboration with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has 3+ years of equivalent experience, with 3+ years in process management or process improvement roles. Required skills include 2+ years using process management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar) and 2+ years of end-to-end process management and mapping experience. Bonus qualifications include proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Python), a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
The position is based in Tempe, Arizona with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week, with Thursdays as a mandatory in-office day for team meetings. Base compensation ranges from $87,188 to $114,434 annually, with eligibility for benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.
