As Private Equity Partnerships Manager, you will own relationships with leading private equity and investment firms, driving adoption of Glean across their portfolios. This is a manager-level, quota-carrying role within the Partnerships function, sitting at the intersection of PE, AI, and enterprise transformation. Key responsibilities include: • Drive PE partnership strategy and deal management: Structure, negotiate, and execute PE partnership agreements including preferred pricing, portfolio-wide frameworks, and lighthouse PortCo plays. Draft reusable cross-portfolio pricing and partnership agreements with Legal, Finance, and RevOps. Coordinate internal approvals and external sign-off with GP leadership, operating partners, and PortCo executives. • Build and scale portfolio adoption: Oversee deployment motions across PortCos, ensuring Glean delivers measurable EBITDA and enterprise value impact for PE-backed businesses. Manage multi-stakeholder environments across funds and portfolio companies. • Drive revenue and pipeline: Convert PE partnerships into live deployments, pipeline, and revenue. Manage AI value-creation plays from term sheet through exit. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute partnership strategies and ensure customer success. You are fluent in PE economics, comfortable navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments, and able to translate AI capabilities into measurable business impact for PE-backed organizations. Success is measured by converting PE partnerships into deployments and revenue.
