Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform that has raised $75M from top-tier VCs (Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel) and is trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, and Monzo. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe.
You'll lead the Private Equity Partnerships motion, a core growth engine for the company. This is a highly execution-oriented role with direct ownership over two key areas:
**Hunt & Build**: Define priorities and find creative ways to build relationships with private equity firms, making the case for why Omnea is worth recommending to their portfolio companies.
**Operationalize & Scale**: Manage existing PE partnerships day-to-day, drive portfolio company introductions, ensure partners see consistent value, and organize ecosystem-building events for the PE and portfolio community.
**Drive Revenue & Playbooks**: Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, work hands-on with the Sales team on live deals, build unfair advantages for joint wins, and codify repeatable playbooks.
**Enable the Flywheel**: Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to build customer stories and ROI metrics that give PE partners quantitative proof points to keep recommending Omnea.
You'll have 2–6 years of experience in high-performance environments, ideally with a background in strategy consulting, investment banking, investing, or commercial roles (quota-carrier, account management, partnerships) at fast-moving startups. You're deeply commercial, outcome-oriented, intellectually sharp, and able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. You thrive in environments demanding speed, accountability, and autonomy.
Omnea operates hybrid (Tues/Wed/Thu in-office) at offices in London, New York, and Austin. The company is ranked the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for and is led by experienced operators who previously scaled Tessian (acquired post-Series C).
