Revolut is seeking an experienced Private Banking Manager to lead a high-performing team of Private Bankers while maintaining a personal client portfolio. This is a player-coach role combining team leadership with direct client relationship management and revenue generation.
You will lead a pod of Private Bankers, driving net new money (NNM) growth and individual performance against quarterly KPIs. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and developing a team of Private Bankers with direct accountability for pod-level NNM and AUM growth
• Coaching team members through joint client meetings, live deal reviews, and structured feedback
• Conducting weekly 1:1s, monthly pipeline reviews, and quarterly performance cycles
• Building continuous professional development (CPD) plans and supporting recruitment
• Overseeing transparent lead allocation processes across pods
• Monitoring pod-level quality control, KYC/AML compliance, and pre-approving high-risk cases
• Maintaining high data quality standards, including same-day CRM updates and timely suitability reviews
• Managing a lean personal client book with focus on onboarding and portfolio strategy
• Setting pod strategies aligned with annual NNM and AUM growth targets
• Feeding client and market insights into lead generation, product roadmap, and commercial strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or senior financial advisory role with direct HNW client relationship responsibility
• Proven track record managing and growing a personal book of high-value clients while leading or managing a team
• CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), or CFA Level I plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4 (recognised for FCA RDR Activities 2 and 4)
• Demonstrable experience coaching, mentoring, or managing junior advisers or relationship managers
• Ability to set commercial strategy, perform detailed financial analysis, and drive NNM growth across individual portfolio and team
• Genuine commitment to developing others with patience and structure for behavioural change
• In-depth knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements, suitability obligations, and conduct standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted client relationships and guide complex financial decisions with authority and empathy
• Commitment to CRM discipline, process adherence, and team accountability
• Fluency in English
NICE TO HAVE:
• CFA, CAIA, or equivalent post-qualification credentials
• Familiarity with LTAFs, UCI Part II funds, or other private markets fund structures
• Fluency in additional languages
