Celonis is seeking a Principal Value Engineer to lead transformational AI and data-driven business initiatives for Fortune 500 customers. This is a visionary leadership role responsible for stewarding the customer's end-to-end value journey and operating as the expert technology and business advisor to C-suite executives and board members.
You will partner directly with Fortune 500 CxOs to reimagine operating models and optimize critical workflows using the Celonis Context Model. Your core mandate is to design, negotiate, and steer multi-year, global transformation programs that fundamentally alter competitive landscapes for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Value Selling & Realization**: Act as a trusted advisor defining how Celonis serves as the foundational intelligence layer for customers' global AI strategies. Take accountability for hundred-million-dollar value realization targets and deliver board-ready financial narratives.
**Stakeholder Management**: Command C-suite engagement, mobilize global executive sponsorship, and align organizational silos around singular transformation visions. Architect change management and Center of Excellence strategies.
**Program Management**: Steer multi-year, global mega-transformations. Pioneer AI-driven orchestration models for account planning and enterprise governance, ensuring seamless executive alignment.
**Platform & AI Fluency**: Serve as the pinnacle of AI-fluent operations, directing technical strategy and orchestrating teams of Applied Value Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
**Scale Value**: Define blueprints for global expansion roadmaps and act as strategic liaison to Product & Engineering leadership, shaping platform roadmaps based on industry trends.
Required qualifications: 10+ years of expert-level experience in Management Consulting, Value Engineering, or Enterprise Strategy. Recognized industry expert operating at strategic, transformational levels. Unmatched understanding of global IT architectures and SaaS ecosystems (e.g., SAP). Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to define direction for massive global account teams. Global authority on value realization and enterprise process excellence. Exceptional capability to orchestrate multi-year mega-programs with C-level stakeholder management. Master industry strategist with thought leadership in Finance/Supply Chain domains. Technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) with Master's/MBA preferred. Fluent English and Dutch communication required.
