You will join as Principal Software Architect—a hands-on individual contributor role shaping application and platform architecture for next-generation intelligent, distributed testing solutions. This is a foundational technical leadership position with high autonomy and ownership.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, production-grade services across the core Testlio platform
- Author architectural standards and reference patterns defining domain boundaries, decoupling the monolith into modular services
- Partner with Director of Engineering on frontend framework consolidation, improving performance and observability
- Design with security, cost-efficiency, and ISO 27001 compliance at the center
- Integrate secure AI/LLM patterns into customer-facing surfaces with strict operational guardrails
- Advise executive, product, and engineering teams on technical tradeoffs and strategy
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years hands-on software development building cloud-native, business-critical platforms
- Advanced mastery of distributed systems, data modeling, event-driven design, relational and NoSQL databases
- Proven track record designing and migrating from monolithic to modular service architectures
- Deep AWS experience emphasizing high availability, cost optimization, and secure infrastructure
- Strong full-stack familiarity including front-end frameworks, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
- Production-grade experience deploying AI/ML or LLM solutions with observable, safe automation patterns
- Exceptional English communication skills, written and verbal
