Graphcore is building specialized AI compute infrastructure at the forefront of the artificial intelligence revolution. As a Principal SoC Architect reporting to the Director of Silicon Architecture, you will be responsible for the design, specification, modeling, and integration of sub-systems within complex, high-performance, highly integrated silicon devices for AI acceleration.
You will work at the architectural level on critical sub-systems including high-speed interfaces for upcoming AI acceleration platforms. Your responsibilities include defining team infrastructure and processes, distilling product requirements and their effects on SoC/platform design trade-offs, and collaborating with processor, SoC, and system architects to determine optimal solutions.
The role involves close collaboration across architecture, silicon design, verification, hardware, and software teams. You will be part of the Silicon Architecture Team within the COO group, responsible for architectural specification, integration, modeling, validation, and evaluation of numerous critical sub-systems.
