Zscaler is seeking a Principal Product Specialist for the Zero Trust Browser team to provide technical leadership and drive product success throughout the sales lifecycle. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will own the architectural strategy and thought leadership for browser-layer security solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead technical strategy and product success for Zero Trust Browser solutions, partnering with sales and engineering to drive technical wins
- Conduct executive-level presentations and deep-dive technical workshops with customer executives and practitioners on browser security architecture
- Articulate the value proposition of browser-layer security controls including threat monitoring, attack prevention, in-browser DLP, secure private application access, and Privileged Remote Access (PRA)
- Develop technical collateral including best practice guides, proof-of-value test plans, demo assets, and reference architectures
- Support and conduct proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and initial deployments to help customers validate architecture and policy design
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, partnering with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends
- Serve as a post-sales subject matter expert for Customer Success and Deployment teams
You bring 7+ years of professional experience in product management, presales, product specialization, or professional services within infrastructure technology or cybersecurity. You have deep technical expertise in browser security, Zero Trust architecture, private application access, privileged access use cases, and modern web security controls. You thrive in ambiguity, act with ownership mentality, solve complex problems, collaborate at high trust, and maintain a growth mindset.
