Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform, recognized by G2 as the #1 Sales Training & Onboarding platform for 28 consecutive quarters and by Forrester as a Leader in revenue enablement. The company is transitioning from market perception as a sales training platform to recognition as an AI-native revenue enablement platform powered by ElevateOS. You will own the category narrative and market positioning for this transformation. Your core responsibility is to answer why the market should care about ElevateOS and Mindtickle's architectural approach to revenue enablement. You will translate a portfolio of agentic capabilities—AI Roleplay, AI Tutor, Deal Guide, Buyer Copilot, Knowledge Copilot, and Call AI—into a single, coherent category idea: Mindtickle powered by ElevateOS helps revenue teams win every moment that matters by turning readiness into live execution. Key ownership areas include: 1. Category narrative: Build and defend the answer to why the world needs ElevateOS now, addressing the four sequential market questions: why change, why now, why Mindtickle, why not alternatives. 2. Message architecture: Codify master positioning, differentiation arguments, claim sets, and proof points as a single source of truth that feeds all downstream artifacts (website, sales deck, demo, analyst briefing, board narrative). 3. Buyer translation: Convert the platform story into specific value narratives for six personas—revenue leaders (win rate, ramp time, forecast confidence), enablement leaders (programmatic to agentic), frontline managers (evidence-based coaching), sellers (in-workflow guidance), buyers (engagement experience), and technical stakeholders (interoperability, governance, integrations). 4. Capability expression: Reframe every product feature through the business problem it solves and the impact it creates, grounded in buyer pain rather than technical capability. 5. Differentiation architecture: Own why ElevateOS is structurally different from conversation intelligence tools, content platforms, LMS incumbents, CRM add-ons, and single-purpose AI agents. The core argument: others attach AI to content, calls, or CRM records; Mindtickle connects readiness, seller behavior, buyer engagement, and deal execution in one system. 6. Cross-surface consistency: Ensure website, sales deck, customer deck, demo narrative, analyst pitch, webinar, and board narrative tell the same story at different lengths. Audit for drift and drive corrections. 7. Language quality: Defend simplicity and precision. Output language that sellers, customers, analysts, and board members can repeat accurately from memory without slides. 8. Analyst relations and launches: Feed category thesis and differentiation into analyst briefing cycles and launch moments, leading with market problem before product. 9. Revenue reality feedback: Ground positioning in win-loss patterns, live sales calls, demo friction, renewal objections, and analyst perception gaps. Test messages in real conversations and feed differentiation gaps back into roadmap prioritization. You will work directly with the CEO, co-founders, Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Analyst Relations. This is a hands-on role where you personally write positioning, message architecture, and persona narratives that the rest of the company draws from. Success in year one means: the company is sharper about what ElevateOS is with a clear, written market thesis; category language begins coming back from analysts, customers, and competitors; every persona has a specific story (pain, trigger, value proposition, proof, objection handling) that Sales uses directly; no capability is described in capability language; all surfaces agree on one story with drift caught in weeks; and a handful of phrases about ElevateOS are repeatable by sellers, customers, and analysts without slides. You operate as a senior individual contributor with high agency in a flat, fast-moving organization. You hold a point of view, start from the buyer, simplify complex narratives, look for evidence, use AI as leverage for research and synthesis (not judgment), and know the difference between complete and commercially excellent. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years in product marketing or closely adjacent discipline, preferably enterprise B2B SaaS, with a track record of operating as a senior individual contributor who owns outcomes end to end - Category and narrative depth: demonstrated ability to build positioning and message architecture from market problem upward, and to hold a company to one consistent story across every surface over time - Fluency across different buyers: ability to express the same platform in the language of a CRO, enablement leader, frontline manager, seller, and RevOps/IT stakeholder, grounded in pain and business impact - Exceptional written communication with high standards for precision and judgment about when a claim is sharp enough to differentiate - Architectural instincts about competition: ability to explain why a competitor's approach is structurally limited and keep that argument current - Cross-functional influence without authority in matrixed, fast-moving environments - High agency and maker-checker discipline with AI: treat AI as maker for research and synthesis, yourself as checker for positioning judgment - Comfort with ambiguity and pace; self-starter who treats raw, fast iteration as a strength - Experience in AI, agentic systems, revenue technology, enablement, or adjacent categories is particularly valuable
