Twin Health is a digital health company using AI Digital Twin technology to help people prevent and manage chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity. The company builds dynamic metabolic models for each person using data from continuous glucose monitors, smartwatches, and meal logs, paired with dedicated clinical care teams. Members have achieved significant health outcomes including A1C reduction, weight loss, and medication elimination.
You will lead the end-to-end Medicare Advantage (MA) product experience at Twin Health. This is a principal-level product role where you own the complete member journey from enrollment and onboarding through sensors, daily engagement, clinical care, and long-term health outcomes. You will serve as the cross-functional product lead for Medicare Advantage, coordinating investments and dependencies across Member Experience, Sensors, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Design, and other teams.
Key responsibilities include: developing and owning the product strategy and roadmap for MA members; directly delivering critical MA-specific product experiences while identifying where existing Twin capabilities should be adapted or reused; serving as the cross-functional lead coordinating product investments across multiple teams; developing deep understanding of Medicare members' needs, behaviors, technology comfort, and accessibility considerations; partnering with Clinical and Operations leaders to design scalable workflows; identifying friction across the complete MA journey and driving resolution across product areas; and defining and tracking success metrics across activation, engagement, member experience, retention, and clinical outcomes.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of consumer experience, healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and cross-functional execution. You will translate Medicare population insights into differentiated product experiences and coordinated investments across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex products or end-to-end customer journeys with measurable business and user impact
- Exceptional ability to see across organizational and product boundaries, identify gaps and dependencies, and create coherent experiences from capabilities owned by multiple teams
- Deep empathy for members and demonstrated ability to simplify complex experiences for diverse populations; experience designing for older adults, accessibility, or varying levels of digital literacy is a plus
- Data-driven mindset: defines meaningful success metrics, uses quantitative and qualitative insights to prioritize investments, and continuously iterates based on member, operational, and clinical outcomes
- Healthcare product leadership experience; Medicare Advantage experience is a plus but not required
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
