airSlate is a global SaaS company providing no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The pdfFiller team (120+ people) is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a product track end-to-end as the brand expands and new products launch.
In this role, you will:
- Own a product track end-to-end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes. You decide what problems are worth solving, not just what gets built next.
- Run evidence-led discovery using customer interviews, support insights, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to create clear problem statements and sized opportunities.
- Prioritize against business impact, making the case for investment in your area and against work that won't pay off.
- Ship with your triad (designer and engineering manager), cutting work into small increments, writing clear requirements, and holding quality, stability, and security as non-negotiable.
- Experiment and read results honestly: define hypotheses and success metrics before building, run A/B tests at real scale, and stop what doesn't work.
- Own your numbers: define KPIs for your track, monitor the funnel, and report progress, risk, and learnings to product leadership.
- Work across functions and the portfolio (marketing, support, data, sibling products).
The company operates across 20+ countries with main hubs in the US, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and the Philippines. They offer flexible working (in-office, hybrid, or remote from many countries), competitive compensation with stock options, professional development, comprehensive benefits, family-friendly culture, and a commitment to open communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product management, including at least 2 years owning a self-serve SaaS product or significant surface end-to-end
- Track record of measurable business outcomes (conversion, activation, retention, ARPU), not just shipped features
- Strong experimentation practice: designing and sizing A/B tests, interpreting results, acting on negative results
- Comfort with data: defining metrics, working in BI tools, reading or writing SQL, forming and testing hypotheses independently
- Discovery craft: talking to customers directly, turning insights into actionable problem statements
- Product-led growth experience in high-volume self-serve funnels (paid acquisition, trial/freemium, activation, monetization)
- Experience shipping AI features into real user workflows with realistic understanding of AI's value
- Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to it
- Comfortable using AI to significantly increase personal productivity
NICE TO HAVE:
- Domain background in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech
- SMB or prosumer customer experience (not enterprise-only)
- Professional English proficiency (B2–C1 or above); Polish (B1–B2) is a plus
