OneTrust is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the developer-facing products within its AI Governance solution. The role focuses on early success and growing adoption of governance tooling that integrates into the AI development lifecycle—from prompt engineering and retrieval setup through evaluation and deployment decisions. You will define product strategy, roadmap, and packaging for developer-facing AI governance products. The core mission is translating governance requirements into technical requirements, tests, and controls that developers can implement and test. You own the complete developer experience end-to-end, including SDK design, APIs, documentation, samples, and CI/CD integration. You will ensure requirements flow through the build lifecycle and that production signals feed back into future evaluations. You will work daily with dedicated engineering and design teams, prototype with modern AI development tools, and validate direction with design partners and early-access customers. You will partner with Product Marketing and Sales Engineering on positioning, launches, and technical narrative. You own measurable outcomes: developer adoption, integration depth, and the revenue and retention these products influence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product leader with a track record of strong product ownership and product-led growth. You are comfortable with ambiguity, work at speed, and build for where the market is right now while revising as it moves. You are a builder who prototypes API shapes and interactions, comfortable in repos and SDKs. You have deep developer empathy, having built products where the user was an engineer, understanding that adoption is won on time-to-first-integration, documentation, and good defaults. You are a collaborator who builds alignment across teams without formal authority. You have taken new products from zero to one—from concept through shipped, adopted, and generating revenue. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, including end-to-end ownership of a technical product area - Demonstrated success taking new products from concept to shipped, adopted, and generating revenue - Strong working knowledge of the modern AI stack: LLMs and model providers, agents and tool calling, RAG pipelines, prompts, and their failure modes - Familiarity with AI evaluation practice, including benchmarking, offline and online evaluation methods
