Datadog is seeking an experienced Principal Partner Manager to build and accelerate growth with top security-focused channel partners across EMEA. You will own relationships with Datadog's most strategic cloud security partners, driving net new and expansion revenue while recruiting and onboarding new partners aligned with Datadog's Ideal Partner Profile.
Key responsibilities include: owning top cloud security-focused channel partner relationships; driving net new and expansion revenue through established and strategic partners; recruiting and onboarding new security-focused partners; overseeing partner agreement processes in collaboration with Legal; developing partner-led insertion points including joint solution and services offerings; enabling and activating partners through training, planning, and joint selling; coordinating technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches; hosting regular business reviews to drive accountability and report on success metrics; and generating partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue.
You bring 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in cyber security and/or cloud security SaaS. You have proven experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements, and building long-lasting partnerships. You understand and have exposure to working with leading cloud hyperscalers, can quickly grasp technical concepts and architectural scenarios, and can explain them clearly verbally and in writing. You are willing to travel 30–40% across the EMEA region and have professional English language skills; additional European language skills are valued.
