Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 / annual
Twin Health is seeking a Principal Manager, Client Growth & Success to drive strategic partnerships with complex integrated healthcare delivery organizations. The company uses AI Digital Twin technology to help people prevent and manage chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity. In this role, you will serve as a strategic point of contact for enterprise healthcare partnerships, managing the full client lifecycle from adoption through renewal and expansion. You will build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders across integrated delivery networks, health systems, and payer-provider organizations. Your responsibilities include developing deep expertise in Twin's programs and clinical operations to provide data-driven, consultative recommendations that improve program adoption, member engagement, and clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: delivering exceptional client value through strategic relationship management and executive business reviews; driving adoption and engagement through data-driven optimization strategies; managing the full renewal lifecycle and identifying expansion opportunities; and leading cross-functional collaboration across Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development teams. You will proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. You will also turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories and case studies.
This role requires navigating complex, matrixed healthcare organizations with multiple stakeholder groups, influencing without direct authority, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to travel as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in Client Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, Partnership Management, or similar client-facing role within healthcare
- Experience supporting integrated delivery networks (IDNs), health systems, integrated payer-provider organizations (pay-viders), value-based care organizations, or other complex healthcare enterprises strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value
- Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical operations, population health, and value-based care principles
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and passion for delivering measurable client outcomes
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Experience navigating client relationships within unionized or collective-bargaining environments is a plus
- Experience scaling clinical or provider training programs during growth/expansion preferred
