As Principal Executive Recruiter, you will lead executive talent acquisition efforts to support Airwallex's sustained global growth. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership roles, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance. Your responsibilities include:
- Owning executive searches end-to-end across GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering, and Design functions
- Driving strategic hiring alignment with senior executives by shaping candidate profiles and search strategies
- Building trusted relationships with executive candidates and delivering a consistently positive candidate experience
- Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, bringing market insight and influence to critical hiring decisions
- Improving executive recruiting practices as the company continues to scale globally
You'll work from the New York office three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Essentials:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring senior-level talent at VP or C-level in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Strong ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and closing candidates across various domains
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Demonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles
