The Product Engineering team builds customer-facing platforms, internal tools, and APIs that activate this data asset. As Principal Engineer for Architecture in Audiences & Measurement, you will own system design and technical direction across two product lines that currently operate somewhat independently. Your mandate is to bring them into architectural alignment: unified data models, consistent processing pipelines, and a cohesive approach to ingesting, processing, and activating viewership and audience data at scale.
This is a high-impact role where you set technical direction across multiple teams rather than leading a single team. You'll act as a thought partner to engineering leadership on the company's most complex architectural challenges. You'll own meaningful systems end-to-end, ship production code regularly, and collaborate directly with product, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, data pipeline architecture, and large-scale data processing. You should be comfortable making architectural trade-offs, mentoring senior engineers, and driving consensus across teams on technical direction.
