Circuit Mind is building an AI-powered platform (ACE) that automates electronic circuit board design—transforming a traditionally manual, time-consuming process into a software-driven workflow. The company has created a library of digital twins modeling component datasheets, enabling the platform to generate complete circuit designs from user specifications.
As Principal Electronics Engineer, you will drive the successful delivery of customer electronics design projects using the ACE platform. Your responsibilities include assessing design requirements and guiding users through the platform to generate optimized designs; leading and executing AI-assisted customer projects to demonstrate superior speed and quality versus traditional manual design; conducting training and support sessions to ensure users achieve their objectives; researching and identifying new components to expand the platform's library; collaborating with customer success and software teams to troubleshoot and resolve design issues; and working with product and software teams to identify key features that enhance ACE's value.
To excel, you'll develop deep familiarity with ACE's abstractions and algorithms for circuit design generation. You'll combine your electronics expertise with customer-facing problem-solving, acting as both a technical authority and a trusted advisor to users navigating complex design challenges.
Required: 8+ years designing electronic circuit boards; ability to understand user needs and devise tailored solutions; strong communication and attention to detail; thorough understanding of low-level digital electronics principles. Nice-to-haves: basic software development experience; exposure to SaaS, ECAD/MCAD/simulation software, or startup environments.
