You will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, shaping go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include:
• Drive forecasting rigor across all deals, with emphasis on large, multi-stakeholder opportunities—including multi-threading analysis and executive sponsorship visibility
• Monitor named-account pipeline, opportunity progression, and win/loss patterns; partner with leaders to close performance gaps
• Own annual and quarterly GTM planning: business modeling, quota setting, and strategic territory design
• Partner with Deal Desk and Legal on negotiation strategy for large, complex opportunities
• Drive adoption of tools, processes, and operating rhythms—including executive-level deal reviews—from front line to senior leadership
• Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Ecosystem teams to align strategy with execution
The Revenue Strategy & Operations team leverages data from internal customer purchasing and usage information, plus third-party firmographic, technographic, and intent data to optimize revenue opportunities globally and set aggressive targets for revenue teams.
You'll gain leadership exposure working closely with key North America Sales leaders, develop strategic thinking through go-to-market strategy collaboration, and deepen GTM expertise by monitoring performance metrics and working with sales & success leaders.
Qualtrics operates a hybrid model: three days per week in office (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader), with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week.
