Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its national network of clinics. The role offers a distinctive 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and holidays off—designed to support work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.
You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients (no pediatrics), conducting comprehensive history and physical exams, developing evidence-based workups and treatment plans, and managing a patient panel with emphasis on quality outcomes. Responsibilities include providing basic women's health services (Pap smears), interpreting x-rays, labs, and EKGs, and managing patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance.
The role includes clinical leadership: you will provide leadership for a team of medical assistants and support staff, and supervise assigned PAs/NPs. Carbon Health operates CarbyOS, a proprietary AI-powered electronic health record designed to reduce administrative burden and allow clinicians to spend more time with patients.
Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus potential quarterly quality incentive bonuses tied to wRVUs and quality performance metrics. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; disability and parental leave; PTO; 401(k) with 2% employer match; CME allowance; and access to leadership training, procedure labs, and career development pathways.
