Salary: USD 174,000 - 292,000 / annual
Relay Therapeutics, a clinical-stage precision medicines company, is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology to lead clinical pharmacology strategy and execution across drug development programs. This role serves as the Clinical Pharmacology Lead on development teams, accountable for clinical pharmacology strategy, planning, and delivery for assigned programs and clinical studies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead clinical pharmacology components of integrated development plans
- Own clinical pharmacology deliverables to development teams and clinical studies
- Develop and execute clinical pharmacology strategy and profiling to support clinical dosing algorithms, including PK, PK/PD, exposure-response, food effect, hADME, drug-drug interactions, and special populations
- Lead clinical pharmacology contributions to regulatory interactions and filings
- Conduct clinical pharmacology analyses and oversee external vendors providing clinical pharmacology support
- Provide technical and strategic input to program teams and management

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced degree in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline
- Minimum 6–8 years of clinical pharmacology experience supporting drug development (position level flexible based on qualifications)
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory authority interactions and strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and expectations; NDA filing experience desired
- Strong team player with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
