Sierra is building an AI platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences. The company was founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs and AR/VR initiatives). Sierra is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across major global hubs including Singapore, London, Paris, Munich, Tokyo, and Sydney. You'll join the pricing team as a Pricing Strategist, working at the intersection of sales, product, and operations. Your core responsibilities include developing and delivering pricing proposals and ROI case studies for customers, collaborating with sales to navigate complex negotiations, and working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to define overall pricing and packaging strategy. You should bring 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations, with a strong preference for startup experience in GTM operations roles, particularly SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations. You'll need experience negotiating complex customer partnerships, familiarity with sales cycles, and a data-driven approach to GTM operations. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required. Ideal candidates will have additional experience in partnerships, business development, and value engineering roles; familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies; and background in 0-1 startup or fast-paced high-growth environments. Sierra offers competitive benefits including unlimited PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, fertility benefits, and equity participation for full-time employees. The company culture emphasizes Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family—balancing high performance with support for work-life balance and parental needs.
