Salary: USD 106,000 - 132,000 / annual
Coursera and Udemy have merged to create a unified platform serving 300+ million learners and 12,000+ enterprise customers. As a Pricing Specialist focused on Structural Pricing & Packaging, you will help define monetization strategy across Marketplace, Subscription, and integrated Coursera + Udemy offerings.
You will work closely with the Pricing Lead to shape pricing architecture, packaging strategy, and experimentation that drive sustainable revenue growth while improving customer lifetime value. This role offers the opportunity to influence long-term commercial strategy at global scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Pricing Lead to develop pricing strategies across Marketplace, Subscription, and future product offerings
- Design pricing architecture including list prices, regional pricing, packaging, bundles, and subscription tiers
- Develop business cases for pricing changes using data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Design and evaluate pricing experiments to understand willingness-to-pay, price elasticity, and customer behavior
- Analyze pricing performance and recommend improvements that optimize conversion, GMV, and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to translate pricing strategy into executable initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing models to identify new monetization opportunities
- Present pricing recommendations and experiment findings to senior stakeholders
The role is hybrid in Denver, with a globally distributed team that comes together intentionally for collaboration and key milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, consulting, product strategy, monetization, or analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience working with large datasets
- Experience developing business cases and presenting recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with pricing experimentation, A/B testing, or customer segmentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar analytical tools (preferred)
