F5 is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect specializing in AI to support the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. This is a senior pre-sales role focused on identifying and positioning F5 solutions within AI Data Center Infrastructures (AI Factories) and AI applications.
You will collaborate closely with sales teams to discover customer opportunities and recommend appropriate F5 technologies that address business needs. Your responsibilities include:
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities in AI infrastructure and applications, providing technical expertise to embed F5 technology
• Serve as an evangelist and thought leader in AI technology and business, educating both internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with other Solution Architects and business leaders to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and appropriate solutions
• Advocate for customer needs and innovative field ideas to product management and services teams
• Work with Product Management and services teams to provide technical and business feedback on product design, architecture, launches, and updates
• Mentor the Solution Engineering community as needed
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Engineering
• Deliver business-driven solution demonstrations and presentations to technical and business leaders
• Speak at industry and customer events; publish whitepapers, solution articles, blogs, and technical content

REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of related industry experience
• Deep knowledge of F5 solutions
• Expertise in AI best practices, technology landscape, and ecosystem
• Knowledge of AI application architectures (Large Language Models, Orchestrators, Agents, Tools)
• Understanding of AI infrastructure and data center network designs, including east-west and north-south architectures
• Knowledge of Nvidia reference architectures (preferred)
• Knowledge of AI application security ecosystem and challenges
• Understanding of storage technologies and efficient data delivery for AI training, fine-tuning, and inference
• Advanced usage of AI tools (chatbots, agents) for content search, analysis, generation, and task automation
• Knowledge of cloud-native application design patterns (Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, service mesh)
• Advanced knowledge of business outcome-focused architecture, engineering, and operations practices
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to executives and business leaders
• Experience delivering business-driven demonstrations and presentations
• Experience speaking at industry/customer events and publishing technical content
• BS/BA or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of AI Factory reference architectures
• Relevant certifications are a plus
